Thonia Waters (left), Seaford Teacher of the Year, teaches first grade at Frederick Douglass Elementary and Michelle Cook, Woodbridge Teacher of the Year, teaches sixth grade math at Phillis Wheatley Middle School. Both were honored for this outstanding achievement on the floor of the House of Representatives earlier this month. |
